# How do I change what a user can do in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Settings > Team and customers > Permissions. 1) Open Settings and go to Users. 2) Click Edit (the pen) on the user's card. 3) Under "Permissions", tick what the user may do and untick what they may not. "Select all" ticks every box in its section. 4) Under "Access scope", choose "All", "Only" or "Except" for each scope, and tick the items. 5) Click "Save". The user's open SyBox screen refreshes itself and the change applies straight away.
