# How do I edit a photo before you send it in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Sending messages. The tools are at the top of the photo, before you send: Rotate: turns the photo. "Crop": drag the corners to keep only part of the photo. "Draw": draw on the photo with your mouse or finger. "Add text": write on the photo. "Blur": hide part of the photo, for example a card number or a face. "Undo": takes back the last change.

## How to edit a photo before you send it

- The tools are at the top of the photo, before you send:
- Rotate: turns the photo.
- "Crop": drag the corners to keep only part of the photo.
- "Draw": draw on the photo with your mouse or finger.
- "Add text": write on the photo.
- "Blur": hide part of the photo, for example a card number or a face.
- "Undo": takes back the last change.

The changes are sent with the photo; the original on your device is not changed. Videos, GIFs and files sent as "Document" cannot be edited. Closing the window forgets the changes.

## Questions

**Q: What happens when a customer sends me a location?**

It shows on a map in the conversation. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact; the next time you send a location to this customer, the map opens there.

**Q: Why is there no paperclip?**

You may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
