# How do I edit your number's WhatsApp business profile in SyBox?

## How to edit your number's WhatsApp business profile

1. On the number's card, click "WhatsApp profile, welcome and QR codes" (the shop icon). The "Business profile" tab opens.

2. Fill in what customers see on your WhatsApp profile: "About (shown under the name)", "Description", "Address", "Email", "Website", "Second website" and "Business category".
3. To change the "Profile picture", click "Change picture" and choose a square JPG or PNG picture. WhatsApp shows it in a circle.
4. Click Save. Only what you changed is sent to WhatsApp. If Meta refuses something, you see "Meta did not accept the change:" with Meta's own reason.

If the number is also used in the WhatsApp Business app, a note says Meta may refuse some changes here; make those in the app.

## Questions

**Q: "Your number" says "Your display name has not been approved yet. Your message limit will increase after the display name is approved." Does that stop my replies?**

No. It is a notice from Meta, shown with a tick. Until Meta approves the display name, the number can start only a limited number of new conversations with templates each day. Replies to customers who wrote to you are not limited by it. If replies do not go out, check the payment method on the WhatsApp Business Account (see above). The display name ("Not set", "Under review") is set and approved in your Meta Business account; your number keeps working while you wait.
