# How do I open or save an email attachment in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Email. 1) Attachments show as chips with a paperclip. Click the file name to open it. 2) To save the file without opening it, click the small download arrow beside the chip ("Save"). It saves under its own name, on a computer or a phone (in the browser and in the installed app).

**Q: Can I download an email attachment without opening it?**

Yes. Click the download arrow beside the attachment.

**Q: Can I use Reply all or Cc?**

No. Emails are sent to the address in "To".

**Q: How do I forward an email?**

Open the email's message menu and choose "Forward". You can only forward an email to another email conversation. The subject starts with "Fwd:".

**Q: It says "No email account is configured".**

Your workspace has no email account connected yet. Ask your admin to add one in Settings > Messaging > Email APIs.
