# How do I send a link as a button in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Sending messages. In a WhatsApp conversation, a payment, tracking or booking link can go as a tidy button instead of a raw address. 1) Click the paperclip and choose "Link button". 2) Write the message, the "Button text (20 letters)", and the "Link" (starting with https://). 3) Click Send. The customer sees your message with one button that opens the link.

## Questions

**Q: What happens when a customer sends me a location?**

It shows on a map in the conversation. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact; the next time you send a location to this customer, the map opens there.

**Q: Why is there no paperclip?**

You may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
