# How do I send several photos or files at once in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Sending messages. 1) Choose several files in step 2 above, or drag several into the conversation. 2) The preview shows a strip of all of them under the big picture. Click one in the strip to see it and write its own caption. 3) To take one out, click its ✕. To add more, click "Add more" (+). 4) Click send. Each file is sent as its own message, in order, with its own caption.

## How to send several photos or files at once

4. Click send. Each file is sent as its own message, in order, with its own caption.

You can send up to 30 files at a time. Above that, you see "Up to 30 files at a time".

## Questions

**Q: What happens when a customer sends me a location?**

It shows on a map in the conversation. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact; the next time you send a location to this customer, the map opens there.

**Q: Why is there no paperclip?**

You may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
