# How do I sync in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Settings > Team and customers > Contacts. "Sync contacts now" brings in every Google contact that has a valid international phone number. It adds new contacts and fills in names. It never overwrites a name your team set in SyBox. When it finishes you see "Contacts synced" with the number of contacts. No. Names set by your team are never overwritten.
