# How do I test a number in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Settings > Messaging > Channels (WhatsApp). 1) Click Test connection (the plug icon) on the card. 2) Wait for each line to finish loading. A tick means OK and a cross means a problem: 3) If a line fails, read the reason next to it. You may need to fix it in your Meta Business account, for example a payment method or the display name.

2. Wait for each line to finish loading. A tick means OK and a cross means a problem:
   - Your number: The number's name and phone. If something is wrong, the reason is shown here. For example, Meta may be refusing to deliver messages, or new conversations you start may be limited.
   - Registered and online: Whether the number is ready to send and receive.
   - Message quality: Good, Medium, Low or Not rated yet. A new number is usually "Not rated yet", which is normal.
   - Display name: Approved, Usable without review, Under review, Declined or Not set.
   - Connected apps: The apps that receive this account's messages.
3. If a line fails, read the reason next to it. You may need to fix it in your Meta Business account, for example a payment method or the display name.
