SyBox is built by SMART SOUQ, a Moroccan software company operating from its offices in Marrakech and Fès. We build systems that help businesses and shops run their day-to-day work.
SMART SOUQ belongs to a group with two decades in business software: City Soft (Egypt, founded 2011), whose accounting, management, point-of-sale and e-commerce systems serve more than 10,000 users, and Link Soft (UAE and Egypt). SMART SOUQ is also the Morocco Solution Partner of AKINSOFT, a Turkish software company.
Our group brings over two decades of specialized expertise in enterprise software: ERP and accounting systems, POS terminals, inventory and invoicing, mobile applications, CRM platforms, and integrated e-commerce solutions. SyBox is the culmination of this deep experience applied to WhatsApp Business.
