What it is for:
Connect a WooCommerce store (WordPress), the way a Shopify store is connected: its customers come into the CRM, each new order appears in the buyer's conversation as an order card, and buyers get the order updates you choose on WhatsApp.
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API, add a key with Read/Write permission, and keep its two parts.
- In SyBox, go to Settings > Integrations > Integrations and, under WooCommerce, click "Connect a store".
- Fill in "Store address" (starting with https://), "Consumer key" (ck_…) and "Consumer secret" (cs_…), then save.
- Under "Order messages", choose the template for each update you want sent: "Order placed", "Order completed", "Order cancelled", "Order refunded", and, with "Add an order status", up to five statuses of your own store or shipping plugin ("Status name in WooCommerce", for example shipped or out-for-delivery).
The card shows "Orders here:" with the number of orders copied. Pause stops every message and copy until you resume; nothing is deleted. "Remove" deletes the webhooks SyBox made in the store and the store's orders in SyBox; its customers keep their records.
"The store refused this key."
Check that the key has Read/Write permission and has not been revoked in WooCommerce, then paste it again.
"The store did not answer."
Check the store's address, and that the store's REST API is switched on.
