How do I send a text message in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Sending messages. 1) Open the conversation. 2) Type in the box at the bottom ("Type a message..."). 3) Press Enter or click the send button (paper plane). Press Shift+Enter for a new line.

Questions

Can I send my location?

No. You cannot send a location from SyBox. When a customer sends you a location, it shows on a map. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact.

Why is there no paperclip?

Sending files may be turned off for your workspace, or you may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
