How to open a chat from a phone number in a message
- A phone number inside a message is a link. Click it to open that number's conversation, or to start one. It stays a link after you reload the page. A number written without its country code is read in your workspace's country, or in the conversation's country when the workspace has none.

Why can't I reply to (quote) a Messenger or Instagram message?
Quoted replies are available on WhatsApp and Telegram only. On other channels, just type your answer.
I see "The contact deleted this message". What does it mean?
The customer deleted that message on their side.
