How do I share a contact card in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Sending messages. 1) In a WhatsApp conversation, click the paperclip and choose "Contact". 2) Search your workspace's contacts and pick one, or type a name and a number. 3) Send. The customer gets WhatsApp's own contact card, so they can message or save that number.

When you pick a saved contact, SyBox sends its real number, even if your account hides customers' numbers from you.

On an Android phone, "Contact" can also open the phone's own contacts.

Questions

What happens when a customer sends me a location?

It shows on a map in the conversation. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact; the next time you send a location to this customer, the map opens there.

Why is there no paperclip?

You may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
