How do I see who is online in SyBox?

In SyBox, this is done in Inbox > Assigning, departments and labels. In the assign menu, a dot beside each colleague shows their state: green "Available", yellow "Not available", red "Signed out", and an orange ring "Outside working hours". A colleague counts as present only if they used SyBox (clicked, typed or scrolled in an open SyBox tab) within the last 24 hours; a tab left open and untouched does not count. You see the dots with the permission "See who is online"; the main admin always has it.
