How do I send a link as a button in SyBox?

In a WhatsApp conversation, a payment, tracking or booking link can go as a tidy button instead of a raw address.
How to send a link as a button
- Click the paperclip and choose "Link button".
- Write the message, the "Button text (20 letters)", and the "Link" (starting with https://).
- Click Send. The customer sees your message with one button that opens the link.

What happens when a customer sends me a location?
It shows on a map in the conversation. You can click "Save location" to store it on the contact; the next time you send a location to this customer, the map opens there.
Why is there no paperclip?
You may not have permission to send media. SMS conversations are text only, and email uses its own "Attach files" button.
